    Superyachts on Display at Palm Beach Show

    lurssen-super-yacht-for-saleWith boats worth a total of more than $1.2 billion on display at the Palm Beach international Yacht show this year, it’s a safe bet that a number of spectacular superyachts built by some of the world’s most renowned shipyards will be on display. If you’re going to the show, you won’t want to miss these four spectacular vessels, representing the largest superyachts on display at the 2015 show.

    Lürssen’s Aurora will be the largest yacht on display at 60.97 meters. Built and launched in 2004, she has a steel hull and aluminum superstructure. Andrew Winch Designs crafter her exterior and interior, while Dawn Moffitt Design collaborated on the interior to create a bold and sophisticated look that is reminiscent of 1930s New York. Aurora is for sale with an asking price of €49,75,000.

    The second largest yacht will be the 57.91-meter tri-deck Lady Sheridan, built by Abeking & Rasmussen in 2007. With interior and exterior design from Donald Starkey Designs, she can accommodates up to 12 guests and a crew of 15. Living spaces throughout are generous and are design in a classic, elegant style.  Lady Sheridan is listed at $58,900,000.

    Benetti’s 2003 launch, christened Cakewalk, underwent a refit in Fort Lauderdale just prior to the show. The 55-meter superyacht has exterior and interior design by Stefano Natucci. She accommodates as many as 12 guess over a master suite, a VIP suite, two double cabins and two twin cabins. Cakewalk is powered by twin CAT 3512B engines and has a top speed of 16 knots, a cruising speed of 15 knots and a range of 5,000 nm. The asking price for Cakewalk is $29,500,000.
    The fourth yacht that you shouldn’t miss is the 55-meter Step One.

    Launched by the Dutch shipbuilders Amels in 2012, Step One is part of the company’s Limited Edition Series introduced in 2005. She features exterior styling by Tim Heywood. With accommodates for 12 guests, this superyacht also features a touch-and-go helipad, a huge sun deck, private beach club, Jacuzzi and light, sophisticated and generous living spaces. Step One is also listed for sale.
