Sea Ray will unveil is L Class line at the Cannes Yachting Festival, Sept. 8-13, as it launches a multi-year investment in Europe. The L 650 Fly will be displayed at the show and will remain in Europe for several months, working as a demonstration unit at the newly opened yacht center on the French Riviera. The move marks the start of a new chapter for Sea Ray in Europe.
Several months ago, Sea Ray confirmed it will reopen a factory in Florida to address strong demand for models in tis flagship L-Class series. The company also plans to build a design center near the factory to provide customers with a high level of engagement during order and build.
Sea Ray’s new yacht center is in Mandelieu at Port La Napoule. The yacht center has been designed to adapt the Sea Ray experience for the international market. Customer will be able to have an immersive Seat Ray experience from design to operation.
The flagship center will include augmented reality tours of the new L650, L650 Fly and 510 Fly and an immersive Sea Ray gallery with videos and photos of the manufacturer’s fleet. Customers will also have the opportunity to meet with a Sea Ray designer to review samples and materials and participate in live events that demonstrate Sea Ray’s quality and introduce the people behind the boats. Several boats ill be available for on-site visits and seat trials by appointment only.
