As visitors walk around the show, they’ll find manufacturers and their dealers from Florida, the Northeast, Gulf Coast, West Coast and even some from Europe and Turkey. Many of the latest trends and newest technologies may be seen at this show, making it a “must” for exhibitors.
Notable yachts also make an appearance. Launched in 2016, the 72.5-meter Cloudbreak, built by Abeking & Rasmussen, will make an appearance. Christian Liaigre designed her interior, with exterior styling by Espen Oeino.
Another significant yacht on display is the 55.4-meter Turquoise. Built in 2011 by the Proteksan-Turquoise yard in Turkey, she had a complete interior refit in 2014 by H2 Yacht Design. Naval architecture and styling are by Dubois.

Bookends, Heesen’s 47-meter launched this year, with classic, timeless exterior lines, matched by a rich interior by Bannenberg and Rowell. She has superlative performance, with her MTU 8V 4000s pushing her beyond her contractual speed, reaching 15.6 knots during sea trials.
Home is another Heesen offering. Unveiled two years ago under the name Project Nova. She is a ground-breaking vessel for the manufacturer, combining an efficient, fast displacement hull with hybrid propulsion. Electric shaft motors push her to nine knots without the main engines. When main engines are on, they act as generators to provide enough power for hotel loads. Interior and exterior styling by Omega Architects is cutting edge, inspired by beach villas and a close connection to the sea.
Muchos Mas is Cresent’s first new superyacht for the Canadian builder in a decade. At 44.2 meters she include a foredeck spa pool, a main saloon bar that extends to the aft deck and four guest cabins in addition to a spacious master suite. JQB Design is responsible for both interior and exterior styling.
New Frontiers is the newest support vessel from Damen, featuring a huge deck and a crane that can move every conceivable tender and toy. This 55.3-meter vessel includes an owner’s lounge and guest quarters for six on the main deck. The Dutch yard will also exhibit Axis, which appeared at FLIBS last year under her original name, Fast and Furious. She has been refitted to include guest accommodations.
Vertige, the second launch from Tankoa, uses every portion of her 499GT interior for amenities that includes a beach club gym, an upper deck home movie theater and a master and VIP cabin on the main deck, an upper deck movie theater and a seven-meter tender garage. The 49.9-meter Vertige is constructed in aluminum with a full displacement hull and has a timeless look that includes floor-to-ceiling windows.
