600 Yachts To Be Featured At 2018 Cannes Festival: The first major yachting show of the season is also the largest. The Cannes Yachting Festival kicks off on September 11 and runs through September 16 at the Vieux Port and The Port Canto in Cannes, France. Nearly 600 boats from 5 to 55 meters will be display in water and on land in these two ports, including 120 world premiers. Show times are 10 am to 7 pm for most days of the show. The show will be open until 10 pm on Friday and close at 6 pm on Sunday. Attendees can purchase either Riviera Card or a VIP card for ease of access to all associated services. The Riviera Card is good for all six days of the festival and costs €1,122, including VAT. The Riviera Card gives purchasers access to permanent access at the VIP entrance, priority use of Maserati courtesy cars, a VIP sea shuttle between the exhibition area. Concierge services, an exclusive guided tour of the show, access to the exhibited yachts, helicopter transfer from the airport and a lunch at the Panoramic restaurant, all by prior reservation.
The VIP card is good for one, two or six days for two people and includes access via the VIP entrance, access to the VIP club, use of Maserati courtesy cars, a VIP shuttle between the exhibition areas and a concierge service with preferential rate to partners for private helicopter travel, custom-made reservations and more.
General public tickets are €15 Until September 10, afterward they increase to €19. These are valid for one day only. Duo entry tickets are €25 and Tickets for four are priced at €40.
Attendees may also add on access to the Concours d’Elegance for €60. This area has, for the pat three years, paraded the most beautiful modern and vintage day boasts at the Cannes Yachting Festival beach. The ticket allows you to join the Concours from 4 pm on Saturday, September 15. Included is an invitation to the prize-giving ceremony following the parade.
