Piriou Presents 95m Multipurpose Explorer Yacht: Following the success of the 77m Yersin, the company’s first yacht., French manufacturer Piriou have now unveiled an even bigger vessel that will cruise the seas in absolute comfort and safety. With a 95m LOA, the Navire de Voyage 95 has been designed to meet strict environmental standards while also providing a luxury “off-road” platform.

The new explorer yacht, designed to be building according to Bureau Veritas’ Passenger Vessel standard, will be able to accommodate 16 guests. Navire de Voyage 95 will feature an ice class hull that has been strengthened in the bow to safely operate in ice-covered areas. As with Yersin, the vessel will have a clean-ship rating that gives it as little impact as possible on the environment by utilizing advanced emission-reducing and biological treatment features.

Navire de Voage 95 is expected to reach 7,000 nm while cruising at 12 knots and has a maximum speed of 18 knots. Outside, she has generous deck space for stowing of four tenders, along with a helipad suited to receive an EC 135 or 155 helicopter.
