Benetti has launched the Cheers 46, the latest superyacht in its Voloce 140-foot composite series. This yacht , part of Benetti’s Fast Displacement class, is based aound its D2P hull, designed by the company’s research and development team in conjunction with Pierluigi Ausonio Naval Architecture Studio.
Cheers 46 has a 12-knot cruising speed with a top speed of 20 knots, powered by two MTU 12V 4000 M93L 2610kW engines and a CMC Marine fin stabilization system. Designed by Stefano Righini and built for a repeat Brazilian customer, Cheers 46 features an interior design collaboration by Redman Whiteley Dixon and Joao Armentano. Features throughout the superyacht include tay and tabu woods along with silver lacquer and stainless steel accents. Furnishings are by Minotti, Flos and Gessi.
A 77 square meter sundeck built around a pool, occupies the flybridge. A linear bar is positioned to the left, while access from the right leads to a forward seating area. The upper deck features a large dining table that seats 16, a relaxation area and an internal sky lounge. The yacht’s second pool is located at the bow and is equipped with a whirlpool setting. Two large sun-beds and a living area with sofa and coffee table are located opposite. The owner specifically requested conversion of the area designated as the captain’s cabin into an additional luxury bedroom.
Other custom touches include a full-beam gym at the bow with balcony and massage area. Another large dining area is located aft next to an alfresco relaxation area with the ability to accommodate 12 guests, while the cockpit has a daybed that can be converted into a seating area.
Five cabins provide guest accommodation on the lower deck where the owner’s suite is also located. Four crew cabins are located forward on this level. A beach club with a bar occupies the stern, running the length of the bulkhead and a garage housing two tenders.
