Couach Launches 4400 Fast Fly Megayacht

Couach Launches 4400 Fast Fly Megayacht: French shipyard Chantier Naval Couach, also known as Coach Yachts, has launched its latest megayacht from its Arcachon facility. The 4400 Fast Fly, under construction since 2014, will bring the Couach fleet to 22 vessels upon her completion in 2017.

The 4400 Fast Fly is a combination of the 49.5m Megayacht La Pellegrina and the 40.3m Megayacht Belongers. Her owner has take full advantage of the semi-custom capabilities of the shipyard, paying particular attention to the interior details of the yacht.

Designed by Coach’s in-house design team, which paid close attention to detail on all elements, the interior of the yacht features a variety of materials, including bronze, oak and a variety of acrylic wall coverings, all design specifically for the megayacht. A number of details have been specifically created for the yacht, designed in conjunction with the client and the captain.

Couach has produced more than half the megayachts over 40m delivered in France over the last five years. The shipyard has one additional yacht under construction, scheduled for delivery in 2017, and will begin to focus on its re-entry into the superyacht market by pursuing collaborative designs with Espen Øino.
