Damen Sells First SeaXplorer Megayacht: Dutch shipyard damen has announced the sale of its first hull in its SeaXplorer range. Introduced last year at the Monaco Yacht Show, the SeaXplorer range consists of three Polar Code compliant models range in length from 65 to100 meters. The line was developed in collaboration with Amels, Eyos Expeditions andAzure Yacht Design and Naval Architecture.

The SeaXplorer 65, described as a crossover between professional technology and superyacht exclusivity has proven capability where needed and luxury when wanted.

Accommodating up to 12 guests on board and a crew of 20, she has all the luxury one would expect of a Dutch-built vessel. She will offer her owner the luxury of 40 days of continuous cruising, a Sea Axe bow and icebreaking stern, an impressive array of tenders and toys, including a helicopter, dive support boat, two zodiac RIBs, a submarine and four wave runners, all of which allow for true worldwide exploration.

The vessel is scheduled for delivery in 2019.
