The 27th annual Yacht and Brokerage Show in Miami Beach will transform Collins Avenue into a multi-million dollar presentation of yachts including the world’s most extraordinary and uniquely designed yachts and superyachts from the world’s foremost custom boat builders.Here you will see yachts up to 170′ and 50 million dollars. The five-day event will feature the latest in powerboats, sailboats, engine, cut-edge marine electronic and accessories along with top line nautical gifts, services and apparel. There’s no better time to compare the makes and models of the luxury boats in which you have always been interested.
In addition to seeing the best luxury boats in the business, attendees can also partake in a variety of special events, attractions and activities that celebrate the yachting lifestyle. The Welcome to the Water Center has several activities including Boating 101 and advanced seminar topics. Show goers can register for hands-on clinics and seminars to help you get started in boating. The Miami Show’s Big Game Room features everything related to sport fishing, ranging from boas and gear to clinics and seminars.
Sailing enthusiasts will want to stop at the Miamarina for Strictly Sail Miami where they will find sailboats, sailing gear and accessories from around the world, including an exceptional selection of catamarans. Here you will also find daily sailing seminars, a sailing simulator and the Cruiser’s Outpost Cruiser’s Party with the Eric Stone Band on Saturday.
The Progressive Marine experience will feature a variety of seminars and sessions where visitors will have the opportunity to participate in learning about watersports safety and proper docking procedures. These include: Gateway to Boating that provides an overview of styles and types of boats; Watersports Safety with information that will keep everyone safe on water; iNavigation, an overview of the new innovations available to boaters; Boat Systems where you can learn how to manage boat systems from stem to stern and Dock and Line Handling, where you can acquire tricks and techniques to make docking easy.
Five-day passes, good for the entire show cost $85. Two-day passes are available for $35, while single-day tickets cost $20. Children 15 and under are free when accompanied by an adult. Each ticket includes free inter-site transportation via shuttle and water taxi.
