Jackie Chan Buys A Superyacht!: The world’s favorite Kung Fu superstar appears to have an affinity for superyachts. Chinese shipyard JinLong has launched is flagship yacht, a 46-meter vessel built for Chan, who commission the project in October 2017.
Dutch firm Mulder Design is responsible for the yacht’s interior and exterior design. The all-aluminum yacht features a monochromatic color scheme as her all-white body is juxtaposed against a jet-black hull. “JinLong” is inscribed on the front in striking gold. The yacht was produced in JinLong’s Huludao Industry Park.
Inside, the superyacht features an open-patio design to deliver lots of natural light. Sleep wooden cladding covers the walls, while strips of hazel carpet and elegant furniture provide an upscale 80s vibe. On-board amenities include a gym and a beach club.
Similar to her owner, the superyacht has plenty of power. Twin MTU 16V 200 M84 diesel engines and provide a maximum speed of 21 knots ad cover 300 nautical miles when cruising at 12 knots.
The new superyacht will be the second one owned by Chan. In 2017, he took delivery of a 38.1 Ruiying motoryacht that was jam-packed with amenities including a helideck, hot tub, sauna, gym and a movies theater that reportedly featured compulsory view of Drunken Master.
The exact configuration of Chan’s new vessel is still unknown, however, if the smaller yacht is any indication, is guests are in for a treat.
