Lürssen Delivers Megayacht Project Mistral: Launched almost a year ago, Lürssen’s Megayacht Project Mistral has been delivered to her owner and named Amadea. The German shipyard has not released any official information on the 104-meter superyacht, but the vessel was seen leaving the German shipyard in late March.

This rugged Espen Oeino designed superyacht reportedly headed initially to Norway, a traditional refueling ground for new Lürssen ships. She is expected to head to the Middle East where she will “join another fleet of yachts.”

Amadea is Lürssen’s first launch of 2017. Imposing in size and modern in style with stunning angular lines, she features beautiful lateral balconies, huge external spaces, a distinctive superstructure and a decorative eagle emerging from the bow.  Little is known about the interior of this highly secretive project.

With a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, she spans five decks and was built to Lloyd’s Registry classification. Her official LOA is yet to be determined, but it is believed that her interiors total 2,999 GT and that she has been registered in the Cayman Islands.
