Mangusta Launches Its First Long-Range Megayacht
Maurizio Balducci, Overmarine Group’s CEO, noted that the launch was an important moment for the company, as the Oceano 42 is the company’s first three deck displacement vessel, the first to use metal construction and the first to be built in Pisa. The Darsena Pisena, the shipyard’s wet dock, required significant overhaul in its infrastructure, with facilities covering 22,000 sqm, 9,000 sqm of which are covered.
Alberto Mancini designed the Mangusta Oceano 42 giving her sleep contours complimented by sharp lines and a high gloss finish. The yacht also has features unique to her size, including two bathing areas that encompass a swimming pool with an infinity waterfall and a semi-transparent pool floor for greater penetration of light onto the main suite on the deck below.
Designed by Alberto Mancini, the Mangusta Oceano 42 comprises sleek contours complimented by sharp lines in a perfect gloss finish. The luxury yacht also possesses a number of features unique to its size: two bathing areas encompass a swimming pool with an infinity waterfall, and the semi-transparent pool floor allows for greater light penetration into the main suite on the deck below.
The sleek superyacht comfortably accommodates 12 guests and seven crew members through optimal space efficiency, allowing for freedom of movement in her relaxing and modern environment.
Mangusta Oceano 42 will be presented in the upcoming boat shows this autumn.
