Since 2004, Restaurant de Joël Robuchon has served its patrons a distinctly Mediterranean cuisine under the guidance of Christophe Cussac, the restaurant’s head chef. Not only does the restaurant offer an inventive and contemporary culinary experience, it also stimulates all five senses in the Jacques-Garcia designed dining room and the outdoor terrace that provides a spectacular view of Monte Carlo.
Providing an unparalleled experience for lunch and dinner, the restaurant stays true to Robuchon’s pared down culinary style. Patrons can choose from a la carte items as well as a Menu Decouverte at a price of €199 per person. Sample delicacies such as caviar over salmon tartare, foie gras over a confit of white grapes, milk-fed lamb with thyme and eggplant, strawberry marmalade topped with marscapone. Entrees include a full selection of meats and fish, including filet of sole, turbot, beef tournedos and veal medallions. A selection of fresh, seasonal cheese is also available.

Hours are 12:15 p.m. to 2 p.m. weekdays, 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays and 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Normally, the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays, but to accommodate clientele attending the Monaco Yacht Show, lunch and dinner will be served on Wednesday, September 24.
