At Louis XV, time is of no importance as all clocks in the restaurant have their hands stopped at 12. The light and airy décor accented with gold leaf harkens back to Versailles Grand Siècle, the era of ultimate pleasure. The décor, however, always takes a backseat to the fine cuisine and wines presented here.
Chefs Frank Cerutti and Dominique Lory prepare Mediterranean and seasonal dishes that will satisfy a wide variety of palates. Sommelier Noël Bajor has over 400,000 bottles of wine at his disposal that ensure perfect pairings. Every culinary detail here is managed to perfection.
Choose from culinary masterpieces such as soft-boiled lobster and eye’s milk cheese, cookpot of small spelt with wild mushrooms and young vegetables, Gamberoni from San Remo, Mediterranean sea bass with fennel, radicchio and citrus, Riviera salad with Mesclun greens, raw vegetables, tuna belly, anchovies and quail eggs or a delicate stew of stockfish tripes. Following the main course, sample a selection of local cheese or satisfy your sweet tooth with a crispy praline, rum baba with your choice or rum and whipped cream or another dessert creation.
