Fresh from her launching in mid-August, Benetti’s 58m motor yacht Illusion I will make her world debut at the Monaco Yacht Show.
As the latest luxury member the world’s charter fleet, this motor yacht features super-sleek exterior lines designed by Benetti’s staff that encase Illusion I’s voluminous decks and large interior public and private areas. Mingarelli & Green worked in conjunction with Benetti to design the interior that showcases black walnut and parchment-paper panels, marble, Lalique crystals, leather, stingray skin and mother of pearl, all of which combine to produce an exotic feel.
The impressive living spaces include versatile, stylish and spacious relaxation areas. Illusion I’s main salon is full of natural light and has a dining table, seating area and a section dedicated to entertainment. A large spa surrounded by sunpads, sun loungers with spectacular views and an aft dining area are featured on the sundeck. The ship sleeps up to 12 guests in six staterooms. Even the upper deck movie theater may be converted into a cabin, if so desired.
Illusion I’s weekly charter rates start at $350,000. She will be sail in Caribbean waters during the winter season.
