Megayacht Builder Cantiere delle Marche Launches Darwin Class 102: Cantiere dele Marche (CDM) has announced its third launch of the year with the Darwin Class 102 superyacht, Acala. Constructed in steel and aluminum, the 31.09m explorer superyacht will make her official premier at next month’s Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

Acala features naval architecture and exterior design by Hydro Tec five cabins for guests. Her Central American owner requested customizations such as a lazarette equipped with a nitrox compressor for diving and doors in the large salon that open completely.

CDM co-founder Ennio Cecchini tessed the importance of Acala for the shipyard’s future, calling it an extraordinary vessel because of many features normally not found on a yacht of this size. As one example, Acala’s garage offers organization and stowage that are unique.
