
Megayachts At Dubai 2015 Boat Show
Countries with the most participating businesses will once again be Italy and the United States, while Djibouti, Indonesia and Luxembourg will also join the event. Over the show’s five days, 45 global and regional launches will occur. Companies set to launch or debut their latest vessels at DIBS include IMB Boats, Halul Boats, HullSquared, Princess Yachts and Rio Yachts.
UAE-based Gulf Craft is also set to reveal a brand new collection of yachts, designed for yachting enthusiast with a passion for worldwide exploration, at the Dubai show. Gulf Craft has also announced that the show will also be the scene for the global launch of the shipyard’s latest edition of their line of luxury flybridge superyachts, the Majesty 122. The Gulf Craft range of Oryx sport yachts and cruisers and Silvercraft line of fishing boats and family cruisers will also be on display.
Another UAE-based shipyard, Al Shaali Marine, will unveil the $5.45 million AS100 model superyacht, described as the first vessel of its kind to be designed and manufactured in the Middle East.
A total of 430 boats will be on display at the show, with collective value reportedly more than 1 billion AED. Returning exhibitors include ART Marine, one of the show’s largest annual exhibitors that works to facilitate strategic partnerships in the region
