More Details Revealed on Couach Mega Yacht 3800 Lounge Range: Late last year, French shipyard Couach revealed its new line of megayachts that included the Lounge range of displacement explorer yachts designed by Clement Carbonne. This line draws on Couach’s experience in constructing fast, reliability military vessels of up to 50 meters in length.
The design aim is for the owner and guests to forget they are on a yacht and to focus on the environment and luxurious amenities. This results in modern and uncluttered living spaces that reflect shore living, translating it to unique marine surroundings.
One of the most remarkable features is the 3800 Lounge’s glass beach club door to the aft of the lower deck. This glass beach club door, according to the shipyard, is a first for a superyacht, as it is designed for use as a relaxed viewpoint for guests while underway. Carbonne indicated that the glass beach club door is a good use of space as most of the time, that area goes unused.
The model’s exterior design include a large a fully customizable flybridge, with options for a wet bar and outdoor cooking station, Jacuzzi, lounging area and dining space.
