Quiet Brokerage Week Following MYS: The week following the Monaco Yacht Show has been quiet with only one brokered boat exchanging hands, although seven new central agencies were announced and three price reductions made during the time period September 30 to October 14th.

The only sale was the 60m Solemates constructed by Lürrsen in 2010 and listed at €57,500,000.  This week’s seven central agencies had combined total asking prices of €64,678,953 ($81,352,272). 

The largest was the 49.9m Imagine, priced at $26,900,000 and built by Trinity in 2007.

Other new listings include: 42.5m Hic Salta built by Velena in 2006, €3,100,000; 2014 Heesen-built 40m Galatea, €19,500,000; 34.2m Billy Budd II, built by Royal Huisman in 1994, €2,950,000; 2009 Cantieri Navali built 31.1m Toby, €4,900,000; 31.4m PG’s Jester, built by Broward, $3,295,000, and; 2007 Palmer Johnson built Skyfall II, measuring 45.7 meters, $13,000,000.

Of the three price reductions, the largest was 2007 ISA built 41.4m Liberdade, now priced at €4,900,000. The 1980 Feadship de Vries built 39.9m Seagull of Cayman, is now listed at $2,75,000 and the 1995 Norship 38.4m Impulsive, is reduced to $2,988,000.
