Team for Design Enrico Gobbi Releases New Rossinavi Mega Yacht Concept
Designer Carlo Lionetti characterizing the relationship between Rossinavi and the design team as “solid and historically winning.” The studio gave T42 a purposely sleep profile and a dynamic look to make her appear in movement with proportioned volumes and elegantly timeless lines.
Her off-white superstructure contrasts with silver metallic details, while the long foredeck resembles a sports car’s hood. Three curved windows set into the superstructure enhance the yacht’s sinuous and curvy profile.
Ten guests will be accommodated across five cabins, including a main deck owner’s cabin. Fold-out balconies will allow the owner’s cabin and the main saloon to open completely to the elements. Generous on-deck relation spaces include a 20sqm foredeck seating area, which can take on a variety of configurations along with an option for a spa pool.
The 14-meter long upper deck features al fresco dining in its center underneath a large hardtop shade, while three sun-loungers are located aft. Dual staircase access and a food lift allow the crew to discreetly serve this area.
Team for Design Enrico Gobbi also paid particular attention to the on-deck lighting design as LED brs are built into the aft deck superstructure. Indirect lighting surrounds the beach club, ensuring that the T42 will make a statement when moored at a bustling marina.
Engines have not been revealed, but the hull, however, has been designed to achieve a maximum speed of 22 knots. The T42 concept could be built within 24 months of contract signing.
