Vallicelli Design Restyles Turquoise 74m Mega Yacht Project: Construction on the Turquoise Yacht project formerly known as Barracuda began late in 2016, however the Turkish shipbuilder has assigned Vallicelli Design to create the exterior of the vessel, now called NB64. Ken Feivokh Design is responsible for the interior of the project, which is slated for delivery at the end of 2019.

Even though the four exterior and four interior decks spanning an impressive 14.2 meters across, the vessel’s size remains manageable with an internal volume of 1,558 GT. A full-beam beach club is featured at the stern, a flush foredeck with a tough-and-go helipad and a multitude of side terraces are available to the owner and guests. On the main deck aft, a seven-meter swimming pool is another outdoor highlight.

A series of wrap-around forward facing windows on the upper deck clearly identifies the owner’s apartment from the outside and indicates that a good amount of natural light will flood the spacious su8ite. Ken Freivokh devised the internal layout to match the elegant exterior proration while also keeping it simple and easy to move around. Freivokh noted that the idea was to achieve a layout with complete integration between the decks and key internal spaces. Everything is designed to maximize the continuity of the yacht’s lines and her long sightlines.

In total, 12 guests are accommodated over six separate cabins, however, some suites may be connected to creative oversize VIP saloons for additional meeting space.
