Oceanco Delivers 109m Superyacht Bravo Eugenia: After an intensive period of sea trials in the North Sea, Oceanco has turned over Project superyacht Bravo to her owner. Now known as Bravo Eugenia, the 109-meter superyacht is flying an American flag and is reportedly owned by U.S. billionaire and Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones.
Bravo Eugenia recently completed her maiden voyage in Norway’s fjords before returning to Oceanco’s shipyard where final touches will be placed on the vessel. She received a technical launching in 2017.
Designed by Nuvolari Lenard with naval architecture by Lateral Naval Architects, Oceanco claims the yacht is the first to feature a LIFE (Lengthened, Innovative, Fuel Efficient, Eco-Friendly) design. She has a particularly low profile, which keeps her well balanced, thus avoiding a bulky profile, which often besets yachts over 100 meters.
Bravo Eugenia features a single-tier engine room and is designed to cruise with minimal resistance in the water, requiring less power as a result. Her hybrid propulsion system adds to this effect to offer exceptional performance and has a configuration that offers multiple operation modes, each matched to the variable operating profile of a yacht designed to adventure autonomously across the world. Maximum speed is 17.5 knots.
The superyacht has two helicopter landing pads, one on the foredeck and the other on the main deck aft, a large tender garage and dedicated equipment stowage, a wellness center and sauna, team room and plunge pool, along with a luxurious beach club and a gym on the lower deck.
Reymond Langton Design created the interior that is estimated at having a volume of more than 4,000GT on a 16.3-meter beam. The interior is described as elegant with light woods and lacquered surfaces, with contrasting accents of walnut and ebony to add depth and character in guest areas. Pascale Reymond, partner at Reymond Langton noted that the firm worlds closely with the owner to find ideal artisans and craftsmen to create bespoke artwork, fabric and signature furniture that reflect the owner’s style and essence to create a warm and inviting environment.
